I know firsthand the power of reflection and journaling in the healing process. My own journey to healing began in the quiet pages of my journal, where I was able to express my emotions, process my experiences, and start rebuilding my sense of self. Through writing, I discovered strength I didn’t know I had and began to rewrite my story—one that was full of hope, resilience, and empowerment.

It was from these very journal pages that the idea for my book, Now I Can Wear Pink, was born. What started as private reflections eventually evolved into a powerful story of transformation, and now, I am able to share that journey with others. This book is not just my story; it’s an invitation for you to explore your own healing and growth.

Pink Lemonade, Pens & Pages was born from that personal journey, and I created this space to help others experience the same sense of growth and healing I found through journaling and reflection. The practice of journaling gave me the clarity and courage to move forward, and I want to offer the same opportunity to you.
